This is the first book I have read by Kellie VanHorn. I have read wanted to read one of hers for awhile but had not gotten to one until now. The cover of this book really drew me in and had me wanting to read this novel. When you’re reading this story, you will realize just how well the cover conveys what this story is about even down to the man in the camera lens. The main female character, Haley Whitcombe, is very well written. With her celebrity like lifestyle, she is not anything like Ezra, the main male character, thought she would be. Ezra is also well written with a sad but compelling back story. It definitely has you rooting for a second chance at love for him. The way both Ezra and Haley interact definitely draws you into the story. And on top of the sweet romantic story, you also have an amazingly suspenseful plot going on. This book has it all.
