I had never heard of Caleb Breakey before coming across his book “The String”. At the beginning, I was somewhat confused. As the story unfolded, I was intrigued by the complexity of the plot. Just when you thought you had the mystery solved, something unforeseen happened. Although I thought it was well written, some of the violence was a little too graphic for me personally. This book definitely challenges the reader when it comes to fitting all the pieces together.
